Dues and Fees

(As voted in the 3rd Quarter Meeting of DPAA Members 2021)

 All Airport Fees, with the exception of transient fees, are payable in advance on an annual basis for the amounts listed below:

A. User/Maintenance Fees:

  • Regular and Associate Members: $550/paid annually
  • Transient: $5/night

B. Tiedown Fees:

  • $120/yr paid annually or
  • $35/qtr paid quarterly*Paid on arrival

Payable by January 1 of each year:

  • (R/A) Regular or Associate Member: $50/yr.
  • (Ax) Auxiliary Member:  $25/yr.

A person(s) operating a business in Sunshine Acres involving the use of the airport requires Board approval. Fees for a commercial operation shall be set to reflect the volume of business transacted and/or the amount of airport usage identified with the business, as determined by the board.

Unpaid dues shall result in loss of membership privileges and loss of use of Airport facilities as stated in the Bylaws, Article III, Section 3.

The Initiation fee for new members is $500.00 for Regular Membership.

  1. In accordance with DPAA Bylaws, Articles II & III. Additionally, any person(s) who give guests permission to operate aircraft to and from the Airport must pay fees in accordance with this schedule. For the purpose of paying dues they should be mailed to PO Box 1241, Sequim WA 98382.
  2. Regular and Associate Members are entitled to seven (7) days per year tie down at no cost.
